Most of it was learned, adopted or just passed on from our family lines, others were inflicted and we have created deep rooted protection mechanisms in order to keep us safe. These parts of us, that served us well then, are in basic terms only protecting us, but in essence hold all the limitations in place. Keeping us from surrendering to the truth of our natural potential. They often reside deep within our subconscious, hard to reach or shift and take over whenever triggers activate them.
